2. Your request: You confirm your choice by pressing the button “Add to Request” for your trip and each additional excursion. On the left side you can see what you have chosen. After you finished your choice, please, click on the left side on “Start Request”. You will come to a form for your contact data. Please, fill in the complete form and press “Send Email Reuquest”. We will get automatically an email with your booking request.
3. Our offer: We will create according to your request a binding offer within 8 hours during working days and send it to you by email including our general terms.
4. Your booking: If this offer meets your demand and you would like to book it, please, send us a short email. We will send to you an order form and ask you kindly to send it back after you filled it in as a binding order.
5. Your payment: You will receive an invoice/travel confirmation for your trip to Ukraine from us. Please, trcan choose on our webpage if you want to pay by credit card or bank transfer. In case you pay by bank transfer, please, transfer the first payment to our bank account. In case you pay by credit card, please, follow the instructions on the web page.
6. Start of your trip: We are pleased to meet you in Ukraine. Please, consider that the trip can only be executed after full payment according to our conditions.
